Therapeutic Services Offered
Counselling and Psychotherapy
I offer counselling and psychotherapy grounded in a person-centred philosophy that places you—the client—at the heart of the process. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and that healing and growth are most effective when guided by your values, lived experience, and inner wisdom. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and professional insight as we navigate the issues that matter most to you.
As an eclectic practitioner, I draw on a broad range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches—including cognitive-behavioural, narrative, solution-focused, trauma-informed, and motivational techniques. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor each session to meet your specific needs, goals, and preferences. Whether you're working through trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, burnout, or life transitions, I provide a flexible and collaborative approach that honours your pace and priorities.
My practice is informed by many years of experience working in diverse clinical settings, including therapeutic communities, family and domestic violence services, and men’s behaviour change programs. This background allows me to bring a deep understanding of complex and layered experiences, particularly for those affected by trauma, addiction, comorbid mental health challenges, and the cumulative impact of high-pressure or unsupportive work environments.
Together, we will explore ways to restore connection—to self, others, and a sense of meaning—while building emotional resilience and psychological flexibility. Above all, I offer a therapeutic relationship built on respect, trust, and the belief that change is always possible.

Clinical Supervision
I provide evidence-based clinical supervision and counselling services for counsellors, psychotherapists, and other helping professionals seeking support, professional development, and personal wellbeing. My practice is grounded in a person-centred philosophy that recognises you as the expert in your own life and work.
Clinical supervision is not only a cornerstone of ethical and effective practice—it is also a professional and legal obligation. As an ACA-accredited supervisor and former university lecturer in trauma and addiction counselling, I bring both clinical and academic insight to the supervisory process. I offer individual and group supervision tailored to diverse therapeutic modalities, career stages, and workplace contexts. My approach is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in real-world experience.
I also offer specialised supervision for practitioners dealing with workplace stress, vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, burnout, and challenging organisational environments. I understand the emotional toll this work can take. My support is trauma-informed, eclectic, and responsive to your needs—helping you regain clarity, resilience, and purpose in both your personal and professional life.
Whether you are looking to grow your clinical practice, strengthen ethical decision-making, or recover from workplace distress, I provide a supportive, respectful, and confidential process designed to sustain you in the work that you do.
For agencies and organisations: I am available to provide external clinical supervision for individuals and teams, as well as targeted counselling support for staff experiencing stress and burnout. Flexible delivery options are available—including online and in-person sessions—to meet the needs of your workforce.
